Coverage Overview
Sandpoint Pro Painters stands behind every project with pride and precision. We guarantee that all work completed by our team will be free from defects in workmanship for up to five (5) years from the completion date, subject to the terms below.
Our coatings are applied following industry best practices and manufacturer specifications to ensure long-lasting performance in the North Idaho climate — where UV, moisture, and seasonal changes can test any finish.

Warranty Options
5-Year Limited Warranty (Premium Projects)
Applies to projects that include:

• Premium-grade paints and primers (our specified systems)

• Full surface preparation (cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming)

• Sound substrates free from moisture, rot, or structural damage

• Work performed entirely by Sandpoint Pro Painters personnel

What’s Covered

• Peeling, blistering, or flaking paint caused by defective workmanship

• Cracking, chipping, or adhesion failure within the covered period

• Labor and materials to correct eligible defects on the affected areas only

All warranty work will be performed free of charge within the warranty period. Repairs are limited to the specific area of failure; full repaints are not included unless deemed necessary by Sandpoint Pro Painters.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to moisture intrusion, leaks, ice dams, or rot

• Fading or discoloration due to sunlight or environmental exposure

• Normal wear, mildew, or dirt accumulation

• Surfaces exposed to constant moisture, foot traffic, or abrasion

• Structural movement, settling, or substrate failure

• Paint failure from customer-supplied materials or prior coatings

Maintenance Requirements
To maintain coverage:

• Clean exterior surfaces annually (gentle wash, no harsh pressure)

• Keep gutters clear and vegetation trimmed from siding

• Repair leaks or moisture issues promptly

• Avoid repainting or repairs by others without written approval

Warranty Transfer & Claims
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property owner at the time of completion.
To file a claim, contact Sandpoint Pro Painters by email or phone within 30 days of noticing an issue. We’ll inspect the affected area and schedule necessary corrections if the claim is approved.
