To keep things simple and transparent, we price nearly all projects by the job, not by the hour. This means you’ll know the total cost up front, and you’ll never be penalized if our team works efficiently.

We reserve hourly rates only for small touch-ups, repairs, or one-room projects where the scope is limited or uncertain. Even then, we set a clear “not-to-exceed” cap before work begins, so there are no surprises.
